Overzicht onderzoekprojecten 2008
Het Open Onderzoekprogramma bestond in 2008 uit drie subsidierondes in open competitie, met elk een budget van 750.000 euro (totaal 2,25 miljoen euro). In totaal dienden onderzoekers 36 aanvragen in waarvan 14 zijn toegekend: een toekenningspercentage van 39 procent. Het hoge niveau van de aanvragen maakte dat is besloten een hoger bedrag dan het gebudgetteerde toe te kennen: totaal 2,7 miljoen euro.
In 2008 zijn 25 eindverslagen goedgekeurd. De WR beoordeelde 5 eindverslagen cum laude, in totaal 7 promoties op de projecten.
